BUYING OUR BOOKS

We much prefer to receive orders via our web pages and the internet. It is quicker, easier and you get your books sooner.

Orders sent direct to us are despatched as soon as we can and are carefully packaged. We do not charge postage on orders despatched to UK addresses (and IoM and CI) but for all overseas orders, Europe and worldwide, the drop down price menus show the price plus appropriate postage for airmail or economy.

We have an account with PayPal, which enables secure on-line payments with a credit or debit card in complete safety. Use the BUY NOW button on the page of the book you want to order this way, ensuring that not only do you tell us what books you want but also give your name and address. We do not have a Basket system so if you want more than one book either order individually or use the PayPal button on the home page and list the titles. Overseas customers should use the drop down overseas price that includes postage.

If you prefer to order by post please send your order to our Cardiff address, below. Payment must be by sterling cheque payable to Twelveheads Press. We cannot accept credit or debit cards by post as the banks' fees are out of all proportion to our level of business.

Returns policy. In the unlikely event of you receiving a book that is not in good condition, or not that ordered, we will replace it immediately and refund your postage. We do not, however, send books on approval.

Whichever way you order, we will despatch your order as soon as possible and post free for the UK. Occasionally there may be a little delay as we do not maintain a continuously manned office and do take time off.
